We purchased a home in Smyrna and Ted was are inspector, My husband and I were so impressed with his experience and how informative of an inspection it was. Ted showed us maintenance items so we could keep a handle on those and he also pointed out the major defects with the house. Once we discussed those items with Ted we felt more comfortable with the purchase of the home. My husband and I want to say thank you for such a thorough and complete job.
