I found Quality Home Inspections on the National Association of Home Inspectors website. After viewing Quality Home Inspections website and other home inspector’s websites within the area, I found Quality Home Inspections website to be informative as well as professional. My realtor, Octavia Samuels, also recommended Quality Home Inspections. After speaking with Ted, via the phone, he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. Ted answered all of our questions and explained that we could contact him anytime if we had further questions. Overall, Ted was very trustworthy and knowledgeable which is just what we were looking for in a home inspector!

I had a home inspection on the house I was selling, the home inspector was unprofessional, you exceeded my expectations, after my first home inspection nightmare by the other company I was dreading having to do another one on the house I was buying, but it was the way home inspections should be, simple and easy. You were there early and answered all my questions, very professional and knowledgable Thank you very much

Ted was amazingly flexable – I had to move our inpection date a NUMBER of times and he was always very willing and accomodating. I was very impressed by his thoroughness in the inspection and he was also able to provide our report extremely rapidly to meet our needs. Last, the binder he provided to me as well as a number of home care tips during the inspection were invaluable to me.

Yeah, having closed on the house is a great feeling. We’re living here now working on gutters, hardwood floors and getting the dryer fixed while battling a small ant onslaught in the kitchen. We really appreciated your inspection and advice.
