Before starting Quality Home Inspections in 2005 I was working in Heating and Air conditioning full time. I was a service manager for a local company were I oversaw 5 employees and I performed Sales, Service and Installation of equipment. I have worked on units ranging from 1.5 ton up to 20 tons.
Prior to my HVAC work I was a Carpenters Helper were my job duties included Foundation work, Roofs, Decks, Flooring, Window/Door Installation, Drywall install and finishing and Complete Renovations on damaged properties. Caused by fire or flood.
I have a total of 30yrs in field hands on knowledge. I also complete 40 continue education credits per year to expand and maintain my knowledge of our industry. I have many certifications in both building and HVAC and I am currently a ASHI & InterNachi Certified Home Inspector.
Besides working I am a father to two great kids Josh my oldest who also works for the company and my Daughter Ashley. I have been married for 25 yrs. to my lovely wife Rita.
I enjoy spending my free time traveling, camping and anything outdoors. But my biggest passion is fishing.
