Ted was amazingly flexable

Ted was amazingly flexable – I had to move our inpection date a NUMBER of times and he was always very willing and accomodating. I was very impressed by his thoroughness in the inspection and he was also able to provide our report extremely rapidly to meet our needs. Last, the binder he provided to me as well as a number of home care tips during the inspection were invaluable to me.
