A home inspection is a visual evaluation of the accessible systems and components of a home at the time of the inspection. It gives you a clear understanding of your property’s overall condition — helping you make informed, confident decisions about your investment.
Our inspectors examine all major areas of the home that are safely accessible. This includes, but isn’t limited to, the roof and attic, exterior coverings and site grading, all living areas and garages, structure and foundation, electrical systems, heating and cooling systems, kitchens (including appliances), laundry room with washer and dryer, and all health, fire, and safety components. Additional services such as carbon monoxide testing, radon, termite, and lead testing are also available for a small fee.
A home inspection is not a code compliance or insurance evaluation, and it doesn’t cover hidden or inaccessible areas. Inspectors don’t perform destructive testing, open walls, or provide appraisals. Instead, we focus on identifying visible concerns that could affect safety or maintenance — giving you insight, not speculation.
No — homes don’t “pass” or “fail.” The goal is to report on the condition of the home, not grade it. We clearly note what’s functioning well, what needs attention, and what may require monitoring in the future. This information helps you make confident decisions during negotiations.

We proudly serve:

Absolutely! In fact, we encourage every client to attend their home inspection. It’s one of the best ways to learn about your property firsthand. Our inspectors explain findings in simple terms, answer your questions, and offer maintenance tips to help you care for your home long after closing.
If you can’t attend, we’ll schedule a phone consultation after the inspection to review the report with you personally.
You’ll receive a clear, detailed digital report — complete with photos and easy-to-read notes — within 24 hours (often the same day). We use advanced reporting software designed for accuracy, simplicity, and speed, so you don’t have to wait or deal with confusing technical language.
Most clients receive their inspection report via email within 24 hours of the inspection. We believe you shouldn’t have to wait days for critical information about your home.
A typical inspection for an average-sized home takes about two to three hours. Larger homes, older properties, or those with additional systems may take longer — but our focus is always on thoroughness and accuracy, not speed.
Pricing depends on the size, age, and features of your home. Once we know the property details, we’ll provide a quote based on our fixed fee schedule.
While cost matters, remember that expertise and accuracy matter more. Saving a small amount upfront isn’t worth missing costly issues later.
We accept Cash, Check, Money Order, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

At Quality Home Inspections, we offer a simple, no weasel words Guarantee. Attend the home inspection, and if for any reason you’re not satisfied with the “Quality” of the home inspection service, tell the inspector before receiving your report and we’ll either make it right, or you don’t pay the home inspection fee.
