If You Have A Pool, A Pool Inspection Is A Must!
In addition to the pool itself, a pool inspection will include all the pool equipment. This includes filters, pumps, heaters, plumbing, timers, and any other electrical components involved in the pool’s functioning. The goal of a professional pool inspection is to determine what damage, if any, is affecting the pool.
We will inspect the shell, liner, decking, coping, skimmers, lights, electrical and pump equipment. For a proper pool inspection, the pool must be open and operational.
“Being a first time home buyer I had no knowledge of the inspection process. During the inspection Ted explained every part of the inspection ensuring I completely understood what he was doing. He also provided me with information on things to follow up on and the timelines (e.g filters). He was extremely friendly, thorough, and professional which relieved a lot of anxiety.” Shahida L.
