If You Have A Pool, A Pool Inspection Is A Must!
In addition to the pool itself, a pool inspection will include all the pool equipment. This includes filters, pumps, heaters, plumbing, timers, and any other electrical components involved in the pool’s functioning. The goal of a professional pool inspection is to determine what damage, if any, is affecting the pool.
We will inspect the shell, liner, decking, coping, skimmers, lights, electrical and pump equipment. For a proper pool inspection, the pool must be open and operational.
“I had a great home inspection experience with Josh for the purchase of my first home. Quality Home Inspections came highly recommended by my realtor, and I was more than satisfied with the entire process. Scheduling was simple and convenient, and Josh was friendly, thorough, and took the time to explain things to me in detail that I was not familiar with as a first time homebuyer. Josh made me feel at ease throughout the inspection process, and the final written report made it easy for me to understand what areas should be prioritized before move in and what areas should be monitored going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Josh and Quality Home Inspections to friends and family! Thanks again.” – Kaley Walker
