The Home Inspection covers the exterior and includes the roof, foundation, crawlspace, basement or slab, siding, garage, decks, porches, patio, walkway, grounds, as well as the electrical coming from the street to the house. The interior inspection includes the attic and basement, if there is one, all interior rooms to include windows, doors, floor coverings, ceilings and walls, electrical, plumbing, heating and A/C. We’ll inspect all accessible areas and report on the findings.
During the buyer inspection, we are looking for and inspecting for safety, function and structure.
