With over 20 years of corporate experience, Rita began her career at MBNA, a major credit card bank, where she worked from 1988 to 2008, focusing on project management and quality control. Her background in operational efficiency and customer service laid the groundwork for her current role in the home inspection industry.
In 2008, Rita joined the family-run Quality Home Inspections, initially helping part-time with bookkeeping while also raising their two children. Over time, she expanded her role to include client scheduling, office management, and quality oversight, becoming an essential part of the company’s success.
Rita is recognized for her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional communication, and dedication to delivering a seamless and stress-free experience for every client in the Wilmington area. When she’s not managing the day-to-day operations, you’ll find her enjoying yoga, reading, traveling, or spending time outdoors with her family and their three rescue dogs.
